After 11 years with ADP, I can confidently say I really would rather not work anywhere else. I love the culture, the success, the comraderie, and the relationships I've made. I will say I am disappointed in the rigidity of the Homeshore options for non-sales associates.

I can't think of anything specific, I just know I am taken care of and have many options to choose from.

ADP's XComm is composed of down-to-earth people who deeply care about the future of this company, but also the associates who make that future possible.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team consists of 5 of the kindest, most encouraging, and hardest working women I have ever met. Every day is a joy to chat with them in our Webex space, collaborate with them, and learn from them. We also all care deeply about one another on a personal level and want to see each other succeed.
