A very agile company. Technology oriented, inclusive, forward thinking. But also chaotic, many levels of management and not enough people to do the everyday functional type of work at the lower levels.

There is no micro management.

Some team members are very cooperative and have my back.

There should be decision making based on associate feedback and input. Actions are not being taken on rather severe issues raised.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I can work on tasks that align with my skillset and are in line with the areas where I want to grow.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is fine. Bonus are also fine. The benefits are the minimum needed as per what is offered by any company in CZ.
