They genuinely care about my well-being and listen to my feedback. They have also shown support in my professional growth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The associates are the most positive aspect of ADP's culture and environment. Strong believer, ADP hires talented and positive individuals who inspire you to work hard everyday.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team always has my back. They are always willing to cover plans I'm assigned to if I need time out of the office for a vacation or personal day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe I am paid fairly for the amount of work I receive and there are great benefits at the company, but I have not yet gone through an annual review where I have been employed for the whole fiscal year therefore, I cannot answer this question until I go through my review.
