Individually we all have great conversations. Group settings are still work in progress, but time is always made to connect with one another.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the ADP ONE Norfolk location has an energy that helps feel united amongst departments and you are motivated to get into the building and see friends.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always available for a conversation and ready to share knowledge. Supports my desire to grow my technical skills as well as maintaining my interpersonal and communication skills.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In my previous role I did far beyond my position level, and was told that there was nothing to improve on but I couldn't be promoted at that time due to tenure requirements and only one spot. So my current role I believe was then set from a low inaccurate base. new level 1s made more than me at lvl2
