To be objective when it comes to the promotion and not to have preferences for the country they represent.

They don't need to improve anything, they are the way they are and I am the way I am and we have to respect each other the way we are.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A promotion came up which I was not given and the feedback I was given sounded like a pretext, I did not want remuneration just for the sake of it, I asked for it on the basis of a promotion according to what I know how to do.
