Since working with ADP I am challenging daily to learn something new, and to be ok with not knowing everything; letting go of the control was not so easy for me! i like to know things, and it takes time to get to that place.

there is such diversity here, i love it!

everyone is friendly and ready to jump in when needed

i have not been able to enroll in the benefits yet, due to scheduled maintenance

The 401k plans, now that I work in payroll I understand them a little better!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that everyone can be themselves, you dont feel like you have to hide how you are to fit into the culture here.
