They seem to truly care about each employee and are very encouraging and supportive.

When someone calls with a problem or concern that I can help them solve, that makes me very happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I didn't realize when I was hired just how much is involved in this job. The pay and benefits are great but, for what we are expected to know and do, the pay should be more.
