My paycheck as well as having the flexibility to work from home a couple days a week.

I like that my boss goes above and beyond to keep our team update on the newest software and program training.

Adp has a low turn over rate, which means most employees that get hired usually stay for years, so it is like a big family.

I'm part of a team that works hard. We make sure we always get our quota's done early so that we can lead in our office.
