Employees appear to be happy. There isn't constant turn-over of employees. Everyone is professional.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They complete all assignments. They are not afraid to ask questions. As a new supervisor I go to them with questions as well. They don't look down on me for asking. The understand we are a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their expectations are clear and attainable. They respond to questions immediately. My Manger regularly tells me I'm doing a great job. I'm new here and that means a lot to me. I came from a very toxic company, and the stress was overbearing. I feel safe and appreciated here. Thank you.
