My team is scattered across the US in multiple locations and some are even home shored but we stay connected and help each other when needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The openness and clear communication on what is expected of me. I like that I can always count on them for support and guidance. I like the support to my own growth and that I can balance my work and personal life.

I appreciate my leadership team gives clear direction on where we are heading as a company and what is needed from me to accomplish it while giving me autonomy to complete my tasks. I feel supported whenever I've faced personal and professional challenges.
