Took a bit of a paycut to come here and would love the opportunity for more money and advancement.

The culture is great. The business is increasingly busy and there are many tasks to complete so that takes you out of the culture a bit.

Compensation could be more. The cost of everything is going up and so pay should reflect that change in the economy as well in order to maintain skilled and good workers and employees that will grow with your company.

I wish compensation was a little bit more. I think a bump more than jus the cost of living increase would be good. It is just really hard in life right now with the cost of everything going up and I work 3 jobs to make ends meet. I think retention of employees would increase with a slight bump for
