So far it's been okay. The people have been the highlight; I came here as this is one of the larger companies that retained DEI and Inclusion. The benefits of joining are okay; I would have liked to see more in office perks.

The positive at the company is the people. The culture include DEI and Inclusion; this was the reason I brought my skills and experience to ADP.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is diverse, inclusive, compassionate and kind. I know I can depend on them to bring effort and hard work to the table to match my own. A highly efficient team with a dependable and confidant leader.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount paid for this position is highly under paid for the amount of training, knowledge, and versatility needed for the position. There are data centers that pay higher an hour with better PPO rates on their benefits. This is a Global, expanding company; it can afford to pay a livable wage.
