I've worked with some big name companies and they all have core and values. But at ADP, those core and values are shown in action by leadership. They don't just say they show those values.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
openness to ideas from teams, they might have some concerns, but they allow teams to research and present the pro and cons, and how the idea fits into the narrative and core values of the organization. For example, smartsearch in Appstore was an idea that came from the employees, received support.
