My individual team and manager are very caring and treat people as actual persons
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Yearly bonus plan but can be very disappointing if they don't do bonus which happened to me the first year I was actually eligible.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Empower teams. Less Ivory Tower GSO. GSO rarely sends notifications and NEVER seeks input from teams on what makes sense for security vs productivity.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Need more talented people who don't just ride status-quo. Less red-tape. Empower teams do more things themselves. Going from idea to Production. ADP's risk aversion makes it lag behind competition
