I appreciate that our leadership team are very communicative and focuses on both innovation and people. I appreciate them investing on building technology and accessibility in design and inclusion is something I value a lot.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happiest at work when I am designing and then seeing those ideas come to life. It's really fulfilling to watch something I have worked on go live and be used by people. I also enjoy learning especially through accessibility training and exploring how AI can improve my work.
