I'm not micromanaged! I'm given a list of tasks and told about needed deadlines on some and left to manage my work queue.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We meet and decide on an action and have a unified voice after. We're open and accept feedback and actually change policy or procedure to meet requirements without having to fight for it.
