Overall experience is good, earned friends, credibility with leadership, good pay, but professional growth is not happening even after getting an MBA and finishing AI courses. Im ready to attempt a challenge, need an opportunity to experience.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Whatever education and knowledge gained is not used instead only my experience is valued. Only if work is given related to education, experience can be gained otherwise the gained knowledge is of no use.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are conformable to work with. Even if the work is heavy because of their support I can finish the work with less burden. They're one of the reason for my sustainability and happiness here at ADP.
