Overall it is a good company, its just that sometimes the technology that an individual works is not valued. example associates working on critical applications that fetch a lot of money but are based out of legacy technologies like mainframe.

Pay structure in ADP is not competent . Also they miss to provide various tax benefits that could help employees to save the taxes such as fuel bills to avoid taxes on it etc.
