Overall my company experience is positive. There is definitely room for improvement, particularly in the tendency for ADP to run too lean in the people part of things. I appreciate the colleagues and leadership team members who are positively present in their work and in life in general.

I am clearly underpaid and underappreciated at this time. I look forward to an opportunity for ADP to remedy this in the near future. I have and am using knowledge, skills, and abilities in my daily work that are beyond my current pay rate.
