I dont care about the culture. Just employ hard working people that strive to be the best

the benefit of having everything I need at my desk and when the day is going well executed as planned

when we collaborate and when everyone is here and accountable. we aim for perfection and most always accomplish that goal for our line of work and deadlines
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managing and making sure were taken care of by assuring we have the tools to do our job. Stop making drastic changes to teams that does not benefit the employees or the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
for being a seasoned/long term employee, I feel the compensation can be much better. WERE A BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY and we dont get the perks we used to. Its not fair the new people come in making close to what us seasoned folks make. Cost of living in CA is insane!
