Overall a good experience but have several team members that have had FMLA for YEARS and feel they take advantage of the opportunity to take time off whenever they want and make up time in which ever way they feel, not necessarily what is fair or needed by the team

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
more substantial raises. last couple of years has not covered the COLA in my area
