Their transparency in the direction ADP is going. Keeping the client at the center of everything we do is key in the goals the leadership team strives for.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As an associate in the pre-sales organization, being able to qualify for monthly commissions is great. It helps us benefit in all the hard work we put in to help sales close business.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though my entire team is remote, we are able to interact as if we are in the same office. We also support each other to ensure each and every one of us is successful.
