What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are very friendly and there's a good bit of associate engagement in extracurricular clubs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership does a good overall job adapting to the fast paced changes that come along with the Human Capital Management market.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is fair for sure, everything outside of the pay is the big draw though (benefits, ESPP, 401k Match, etc.).
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people and the atmosphere are the best part of my job. Everyone (for the most part) is driven and positive. It makes for a great work environment.
