What is the best part about your compensation package?
stock options as well as PBS are issued to leaders... additionally all associates are eligible for bonus based on performance of workgroup.
What are some of the best things about your team?
very collaborative team, however some of the workgroups in our corporate office are not as collaborative and do not have the sense of urgency needed to drive the business forward.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
lots of change, several locations closing which has displace a lot of the more tenured associates. To much focus on building out 1 ADP locations, however can be perceived as putting all eggs in one basket.
What makes you most happy at work?
A boss that has the right balance of personal and work life balance. I have had a few bad bosses... I'm a firm believer that people don't leave companies they leave bosses. Nobody wants to work for a bad boss!
