It was pretty bad. The manager I had was very abusive which made times tough.

We typically have contests which make the environment enjoyable.

I liked the role play. We did a mock call to test my skills.

Coworkers at ADP are great. It's nice to have reps that have the same position as you.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay was good however the was favoritism within the company for opportunities which reduces pay for some.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I believe they are hitting a peak and punishing their top performers which will lead to top talent leaving.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency is key. Unless you are knew to the company any rep can tell when they are being dishonest and making false promises.
