Having never heard about the company before joining, I think I've found a hidden gem. If we are able to change the pace of work and continue to see investments in our infrastructure, I'm confident that I'll be here for a long time.

Base salary is quite good, adding the bonus and equity is excellent.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The understanding that we need to change and that we are seeing the investment to help with the change. It's one thing to ask the employees to do things differently, and its another to actually fund to facilitate the change.
