I'm often encouraged to try new things to get results. I get to be as creative as I like, and I'm rarely told no.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is always an honest discussion of how we can be working better, every voice gets to be heard, and my work and my life are both important to them. I'm viewed as a whole person, and I'm cultivated as a whole person, not just a cog in a machine.
