What makes you most happy at work?
The support from my team and leadership, being able to contribute and add value to my team and helping them grow.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is approachable, genuine, and always makes to that "everybody counts." I was recently promoted into a Manager role and manage a team, and the training has been excellent. ADP invests in their leadership, management, and associates.
