Very positive. There have been many changes over the years, but the change has brought a lot of good things, progress with the business, etc. If you are uncomfortable with change, this might not be the right company for you.

I like the direction they seem to be taking the Company.

I like the team that I am on, I like my clients and I like the challenge of what we do daily.

I like the ability to work virtually. I like the wellness benefits and all of the other benefits that ADP offers to its Associates.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The collaboration, experience and we are all "team players" and will help each other. I am on a tenured team so we all bring a great deal of experience and knowledge.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They challenge you to get uncomfortable. Presenting is typically an uncomfortable thing for many people, it gets you out of your comfort zone. That is how we get better, by being uncomfortable
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Like it or not, it is pay for performance. I like that because I perform. If you aren't a performer, this may not be the right place for you. I wish we had more rewards for the production in our area of ADP.
