that each person count and when you have a mistake you can find many coworkers that can help you

I love the support of my manager and his solutions is the only thing that motivates me to stay on the team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
when you do the same job as your coworker and you are paid much less than him, it decreases the motivation rate. increase my salary by 50% and change the type of contract
What makes you most happy at work?
that i love the nature of my work . Am a psychologue of work and actually i work as a TABP. I feel that i love so much my office and am fond of my work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
when I compare with competing companies I find that we are the least paying. For example, SOPRA HR gives much more attractive compensation and advantages compared to ADP despite ADP being ranked the best company in terms of HR
What do you like best about the leadership team?
my manager must defend me more and more to get my CDI. I work more than several people in the team, I'm more committed, I work on behalf of perimeters harder than those of others and despite that I can not get my CDI.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do the same job as a colleague of mine. Even better than him. I touch 850 = 280 euros and the other person touches more than 3000 = 1000 euros. I see that it is not fair at all. I need my CDI that's all
