Once I got in the office, it was good. The way training is handled, is.. strange. Training didn't start until 3 weeks after I started working in the position.

Willingness to help each other out, friendliness of co-workers at the office.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling like I've taught someone a valuable lesson or skill, and others asking me for help. Feeling needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the company is adaptable to change. I haven't heard "It's just the way we have always done it" much like at previous jobs.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would prefer more direct communication with the interviewers. I was tossed back and forth between the recruiter, another manager, and the interviewers to then show up on my first day being told "We were not expecting anyone."
