My BU gets paid the lowest even though the knowledge of taxes, similar systems, and time is equal to other BUs

I think ADP focuses so much on client retention (which of course is super important and needed) it so often loses associate retention. The amount of people that have left ADP for Paylocity or Paycor in the last quarter is insane because they are paying almost double for the same work.
