It is overall quiet enjoyable. Like any workplace there seems to be caddiness or jealousy but I find that silly. I was told by my leaders in group meeting that"winners focus on winning and losers focus on winners" I agree. I am focused in achieving many goals. I am successful outside of ADP.

Collaboration on projects and fun events.

The communication of what is going on through townhall.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being positive, motivating others with live and humor!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am super happy but I recently was told I was underpaid because they wanted to give colleague who was complaining more money so they increased my wages. But it is still lower than anticipated. Thankfully I am not reliant on my salary.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the spirit and "idea" of where we are going. But there seems to be favoritism. And the previous question was do I have a friend. I used to but now I sit alone so although I am very friendly. I decided to take the alone time to focus on my career.
