Everyone is involved, and has each other's backs. We all genuinely like each other and want our team to succeed. It is like a family here

Every day I see genuine smiles and can feel the happiness and pride that everyone has with being part of a loving supportive culture and passing it along to clients
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like I matter here, and that our company cares. I have never been around such a friendly and kind atmosphere and it motivates me to wake up happy and work happy every day.
