I was forced into a work from home role due to office closure. My coworkers are only virtual.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As an hourly employee with (basically unchecked) overtime I earn way more than I could in any similar role locally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
New hires in large hub offices are made to feel very excited about their role and the company. There is also a lot of focus for everyone in giving back to it communities.
