They see you as an individual. They do not try to change who you are, and accept you as you are (Just know and do your job).

I think it is ok. Not as high as some other comparative companies in the region but the culture and flexibility to me is why I stay.

We cover for each other. WE know what each other needs. We know each others backgrounds. We know each others skills, strengths, goals. As a group, we are Very STRONG!

Everyone has a place at this organization. We come in all shapes and sizes and colors and flavors! It's an amazing feeling to be yourself at work and be appreciated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody is accepted- black, white, big, little, upstate, down south, rocker, skater, surfer, hip hopper, artist, gamer, mom, dad, single, whatever, it doesn't matter! ADP is about results. But while getting results, they appreciate you as you are. In my many years of working, it's AWESOME!
