What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the 401K Match and the Stock purchase plan.

They Listen to all Idea and help you further your education, career and self.

They are always willing to help each other out when a need arises.

The work for the most part is enjoyable and the days go by fast.

They always step up to help each other. We measure success by the team effort!

I love how they work together for common Goals. In My department it seems to be a team effort
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture in the tucson office is amazing. Every one is accepting and open minded to all the different cultures and people

You get to see the role you would be accepting during one of the phases. Help you know if you can see a future with the company or not.
What makes you most happy at work?
My clients. I enjoy working with a variety of people and business. Understanding business is a passion of mine and I am very fortunate that on a daily basis my work allows me to pursue my passion.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would love to see a base salary bump based on inflation and cost of living. Merit Raises and Performance raises are amazing, but it can lead to some to fall through the crack if you took on extra responsibilities or went on LOA. Not all valued employees have Sales goals or performance ratings
