What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very friendly and open. No matter what post they are at or what they do they all listen.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is excited about it the work we do and making users happy. Although a bit unhappy about UX. I am sure it's just my team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well after spending 2.5 years at ADP I found out that New GPT Hire as Associate Developer gets paid the same as me so there is that. Otherwise, I really would like to make more changes about the looks of the Product I am working on because that's what gets you more NPS Scores.
