ADP is very supportive of the differences of our associates and not only embraces them but promotes them and makes everyone feel "normal".

My leadership team supports each associate and really cares for us personally not just what we can do for the company or to promote them.

I enjoy the opportunity to contribute to the ability for non-leadership/sales staff to be able to enjoy the success of ADP with the WIN bonus.

Our 401k Retirement Plan. ADP matches up to 6% of our contribution. It allows me to focus about the now without worrying about the future.

I love the opportunity we receive to "Win as One". If the company does well we are given a bonus even if you are not in a Sales position.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is very fast paced but not overwhelming. One of our pillars is everyone counts and that is true. During the covid-19 crisis and rioting our executive leadership team sent out e-mails, conducted a talk session video to make sure everyone was okay.
