Since I have only been at ADP for a short time, I don't have a ton to say. All I can say is that culture means a lot at ADP and it is shown in everything we do.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I started at the midst of the pandemic so it was a different world. However, only going to the office once over the 9 months I have been here, I still feel like I know a lot of people in the company. I joined a lot of BRGs and got involved in a stretch assignment right away, so that helped a lot!
What makes you most happy at work?
My boss - and the challenge of new tasks and assignments each week
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the vast areas of opportunity for involvement with BRGs and stretch assignments.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
HSA plan! I think it is the best thing ever and more people should use it
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How transparent they are - Also like the weekly leadership emails that get sent out every Friday

I seem to get along with everyone and all my team members are willing to help me out.

HSA - I feel like I never really have to pay for healthcare expenses out of pocket with this perk

They are very collaborate and appreciative. Also, they are extremely smart, so I am able to learn a lot from them

I like that the leadership team is very transparent and constantly keeps associates up to date with the latest and greatest information, especially re: COVID.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like that every day is a new challenge that I need to overcome. Constantly keeps me engaged and allows me to create cross-functional relationships.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being new to the company, ADP has a lot of opportunities where you can network and meet new people across the company (e.g. BRGs, volunteer ops, ADP life, etc.)
