I've always worked as smaller companies to have that personal feel, like I am contributing to the success. Surprisingly ADP gives me that same level of connection. I really feel like I am directly helping make the company stronger.

Inclusion. A lot of effort is put into making sure all views are represented.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Engagement with the employees. There is constant communication with us. Also, an openness when questions are asked that I haven't experienced before.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical Benefits. The price is manageable plus the plans are top of the line. My vision is the "Cadillac plan" according to my eye doctor. They offer an amazing program for families like mine who have a hard time growing. A large portion of IVF / Adoption is covered.
