Pretty decent, could have been better, maybe if a swot analysis was done and roles and responsibilities along with growth given based on the results would be more pragmatic and helpful

Very thoughtful overall - not so much from an individual level

All the work I am able to do, the initiatives i'm able to take
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Would prefer salary corrections, market corrections, also have waited too long in the same role and responsibility, dont seem to be getting a fair answer or explanation on how and why my growth is stagnant
