I have a tenure of 10 years at ADP which is a great example of how good it is to work here. Yes there can be downsides at times but, overall, it's a great place to work and a great environment to be working in.

It's a broad package with automatically included elements as well as ones I can choose myself. As an overall package, it meets my needs well.

The team are transparent with us and speak openly and honestly even when there is bad news or messages to give. Their focus on employee welfare and doing the right thing is prevalent and humbling.
