Didn't know much about ADP before joining, and figured I could leave if I didn't like it. I have been here 6 years now in a variety of roles, and haven't really looked back. Great company, really cares for it's people. Smart coworkers. Lots of opportunities for new adventures.

Getting to share what I'm working on and getting help/recommendations on solving difficult problems with my very supportive boss.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Student loan repayments are great - $50/month goes towards the principal of my student loans. Such a unique benefit!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their ability to connect with and understand what's going on at the rank-and-file level. A lot of understanding and help during the coronavirus outbreak from the company and it's officers.
