
There seems to be a lack of the grand vision of the product while many teams are contributing in individual silos, there seems to be a lack of Product pulling these experiences together to make a more cohesive alignment across the offerings.
Compensation doesn't reflect actual work or productivity but seems to be more aligned to fit in a bell curve type of model. This results in a more fair payout but at the same time top performers do not necessarily get the bumps they truly deserve.
