I have been here a long time which makes me proud but also makes me nervous because tenured people seem to be the ones who get laid off when there is a RIF

I love working at ADP but I am concerned that if our Senior leaders don't evolve their thinking about remote work that we are going to loose good talent and be unable to attract quality talent to our business.
