In the absence of leadership we band together and work as one
That we work as a team - there are no lines or fuzzy areas
We don't believe in keeping knowledge to ourselves...no one crosses the finish line alone
We've put in the time and effort over the years to be a team
Helping clients and resolving issues - breaking problems down to find the root cause
Virginia's reviews - they are the most positive and interactive meetings I attend in a month
Globally I enjoy the town halls from Virginia and Maria but locally in the UK not so much
I find Virginia's updates informative, interesting and interactive. I hope my local GM can adopt a similar approach
We respect each other enough that we can be open and honest and help each other learn and grow
When I can help clients, relieve some of their pain points or get to the bottom and truth behind an issue
We have worked very hard as a group to gel and find cohesive ways of working as well as a safe, open environment
Despite our issues with our direct manager, we have pulled together as a single unit to get the job done and support each other
Appreciate that different countries offer different benefits - we do not need to keep seeing all the extras the US receive over UK on the portals - it's a bit disheartening (and makes me consider a move to the US)
Currently we have a new external director who is making a lot of negative comments and changes and a lot are worried about their future and whether they fit - this has had a massive impact on what was a relatively positive environment
Our old GM coming back. Jeff sees people as people, not just employee numbers. He's honest, transparent when he can be and creates such a positive environment to work in, that you WANT to work in - interesting to see if we can shake off the older toxicity now he's back
My team specifically, we have worked hard over the years to gel as a team. My wider department...managers are outdated and stale. they have no drive or want to progress meaning the department stays stale and in a very old way of thinking - they all keep their teams working in silos
Stop asking us to manipulate stats to give 'sea of green' dashboard. Its uncomfortable & creating stats that mean nothing as they are fake. I am a strong believer in the power that statistics have & how useful they can be but what we are being asked to do by our Service Dir makes a mockery of it all
