ADP is pretty good - lots of organizational changes over the 14 years but i feel it's going on the right direction - but could always be better

Some colleagues do not pull their weight and often times aren't held accountable

WFM is not my passion... though i'm very grateful to have this position
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like for ADP to research outside companies to see what the base rate is for my position and then based on my performance pay me accordingly.
