From the recruitment process to my 3rd strong month with ADP. I have felt valued, heard and respected! My mentor, my manager, and my team all are truly experts in their roles and are open and willing to share all of that knowledge and experience in order to help me be as successful as possible!
What makes you most happy at work?
ADP provides structure in my life while supporting a flexible work life and all my creative passions. I also enjoying working with my team, they are truly great friends!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The entire team and support teams I work with are encouraging, team orientated and really care about each individual person! Our group chats are amazing resources for every aspect of our job!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
From day 1- my direct leader all the way up to our my leaders leader, they personally sent me congratulations on my joining ADP and regularly check in with me! I feel like they truly CARE about how I am and not just how much WORK I've done!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I LOVE the team I am on! We are all soooo different but compliment each other SO SO WELL! I have found something in common with literally everyone on my team! They have so much experience, knowledge and joy that they are incredibly generous in sharing with me!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While we have manyyy "perks" and methods of making our money go further. We unfortunately do not have a higher base pay to support our life outside of ADP. I still have to maintain my 2nd PT weekend job just to keep my head above water. I love ADP and see the value in my commitment and my efforts.
