Its great to be a part of my company, it provides multiple opportunities for career advancement and innovation. The only issue is that, at times, leadership seems to forget we are people and not machines. We cannot keep providing more with less.

ADP is a great place to start and to grow. I have been here for 16 years and have never gotten bored with my job. I am constantly challenged to grow and provided with opportunities to use my strengths on a weekly basis.

New projects always excite me. I love to have something new and innovative on my plate and am always tracking down new things to help make ADP provide a better product.

My team is the best! They are funny and genuine people who care about the work we do and also care about each other! My team is my favorite part of my job!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive part is the team. The people are amazing and care so much about what they are working on. Quality matters to them, the client experience matters to them and they do everything they can to help ADP.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
ADP should be able to show people's pay to prove that we provide equal pay for equal work. If we truly believe we pay for performance, why do we hide it, we should have reason to defend our pay for each person. Instead, I think we have disparity in pay and hide it to cover up that this exists.

I am paid less than others who are in the same position and who do less. I have been told that my leaders are working to fix it, for 5 years now. I also think it is extremely unfair that I do not get an equal bonus as my peers because I was promoted a fews before the GJA stuff came out.
